Paulo was great, we made the poor man crawl through our roof to retrieve a roof rat. He was efficient, on time and professional. We were so happy with his services we got him back days later to do a full internal and external spray of the house for any other creepy crawlies! He was also the best priced - we have passed on his name to other family members who needed an exterminator and will co to help to do so. Paulo was running late but did let me know.  He was very thorough and showed me the evidence of cockroaches and other vermin.  He obviously knows his stuff and sprayed the house thoroughly and left gel bait.  Haven't seen any other cockroaches since.
